Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have elapsed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. Should you wish to return your order, you must notify us via email at sales@william-hopkins.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Please note that bespoke and made-to-order items are non-returnable. Additionally, the original carriage cost is non-refundable.

Any shortages or damages sustained during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please ensure that you retain proof of posting or a carrier’s receipt when returning items, as we cannot accept returns sent without such proof.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Sale items

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

Returning Items

To return your product, please send it to: William Hopkins Ltd, Unit 4 Parkway Industrial Estate, Birmingham B7 4LY.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. 

For more valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
